TBH, the vehicle check up took a little longer than I expected, especially since I came in before 8AM, BUT the service inside with the customer service reps and how the mechanics handle my car is always 10/10. Y'all always do a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and I appreciate being able to see through the glass window in the waiting area as the mechanics are working on my vehicle. Everyone working inside is always friendly and welcoming, too. Plus, y'all always wash my car, which is a huge bonus, especially this time of year with all the pollen. So the wait is well worth it knowing I'm in good hands and everyone is being thorough and meticulous with my vehicle.

I check in on time, the employee immediately vacuum the inside of the car. I took 1 hour to do full inspection and change the oil and make sure there is no factory defecto
