We had searched for the type of vehicle we wanted for about 3-4 weeks contacted several dealerships, test drove a few cars. After making contact with Eloy Mercedes we knew we were in the right place. shortest wait time for an oil change. I stated no 100 pt check & no car wash. Usually there 3 hr, this time 45 min.

Appointment setting was easy. Advisor was friendly, check-in was efficient. I had a time constraint in needing my car done, and that was accommodated. I used Lyft to get home, and that was also easy.

So far, so good. The repairs may have taken a little longer than expected, but everything has been fixed and working properly so far. They staff was absolutely courteous, amazing, and helpful. I truly appreciate the ease of utilizing the warranty for the repairs.
