I came for servicing and was brought to outrageous prices for such a little problem. They overcharged me making it seem as if it was a huge problem when in fact it wasn't.

I brought my 2023 Kia Stinger GTline in because my horn stopped working. My service advisor was very helpful by getting me a new K5 as a loaner. The work was done great, but when they took it on a test drive they said they found a problem with my brake system, but I have never experienced any problems. Not sure why they would need to even drive the car when all they did was replace my horn.
