My experience at Brandon Kia is always wonderful. My guy Nick always is there to help & gets the job done every time!!! Shouts out to Tori as well for being available whenever need be! Those two right there are the only ones I go to. Nick has been major help my last couple of visits.

I made (or thought I made) a reservation online. The email said someone would contact me to confirm but nobody did. When I showed up at the time of my appointment, I was not on the list and it was explained to me that the booking were all full and that's why the email mentioned someone would confirm with me(which nobody did). Thankfully, my car was able to be serviced within a reasonable time frame. I have no issues with the service to my car but you guys really need to work on your online appointment system.
