My service guide Eric was amazing!

Kia Optima was making noise which my normal mechanic could not diagnose. It turned out to be the belt tensioner and a broken motor mount. The car was in and out of the shop on one day. They also replaced a defective oxygen sensor. The car is running like new. My son drives this car to college and it must be reliable. I can not thank our service advisor and team enough. I never felt pressured and they did not try to stack on unnecessary extras as I have experienced at other dealers. We will definitely bring our car back here first with any future issues.

I had scheduled an oil change for my Sportage. I was greeted in the drieway by a very pleasant employee, told by him who to see at the service counter. She was very professional and explained about how long the service would take and the pricing.

Everything is great good good customer service I love everything about the store. But what ever they fixed in the rear of my car the little plastic silver thing is now loose and was not loose before hand

Always treated very well, feel confident that my vehicle is being taken care of. I got some warranty work done and it was a smooth process, was able to get it done same day. Brad is always super helpful and greets me with a smile everytime I bring my car in. He is good at keeping me up to date on the general maintenance for my car too.
