Darryl was great to work with and so was I. Jackson in finance. I realized I had been sold a car with a 2 inch crack in the windshield so I'm not too happy about that and I was also not happy about the display issue that could end up being defective...it wasn't something they were planning on helping with. I did get a little bit of a credit but it caused irritation during this buying process.

Nick was amazing from the start. He was very professional and gave me very helpful advice in regards to maintaining my Kia vehicle in great condition. I will definitely adhere to his recommendations. I hope Nick gets to help me out again on my next service. Anyone who gets him will have their vehicle in great hands!

The service person explained what exactly was covered under my service contract. This had not been done by the salesperson or the financial rep.
