Nice salesman and I got the car I wanted

Good service department.

My only issue was I had a NY deal for oil change, tire rotation, Balance and alignment. They sent me a list of things they recommended be done including $159 tire Balance. When I asked my service advisor about that she said it was a mistake and was already included, however my receipt doesn't show that Balance was done. Other that that everything else was great. My husband has driven the car and has no complaints either

Good experience BUT Kia has asked mt to do a survey at least 6 times since the service. Please read the first and stop repeat email. This happened the last time also.

So this is kind of funny. I drive a Toyota Tacoma and I made an appointment to come and get my oil changed at Courtesey Kia because my wife has a Kia and this is where she comes to get its service done. She always receives great customer service. I always had taken my truck to Courtesey Toyota across the street where I bought it and thats where i went to get my service but all I have ever had was horrible customer service. So I go to Kia to get my oil changed and I was the only car that wasn't a Kia so we had a little laugh, but I don't care as long as they have great customer service and I'm treated right I will keep coming in for future serive to my Toyota.

Erich is always great, the maintenance tech is great. The car wash section sucks!! I’ve expressed this numerous times and still get a horrible car wash.
