the experience was great... except the Lyft driver was supposed to pick me up at homeland return me to dealer instead he went to dealer to pick me up and could not speak English when he called me to tell me he was waiting for me out front.......of dealer !! I told him I was home he was confused and hung up on me !!!!!Had to call dealer have new Lyft driver come get me.He came picked me up, back seat area stunk !!YUK

Great people but long wait.

Brought my KIA Soul in for annual maintenance. Explained my issues to customer service person (sorry don't remember her name) and afterwards I waited for vehicle to get done. Nothing exciting happened,got my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time and left
