Always a lovely experience when I come. Always greeted and treated nicely by personal upon arrival. Nick is an amazing service advisor. He actually advises me on what my car needs and goes over the inspection with me which is so super helpful. Because of his help I've been able to wisely budget based on what my car needs the most. I treated my first car horribly so I was determined to take care of this car and Nick has made that process not only easy but enjoyable :)

He kept me up to date via text from that day, until it arrived, sending pictures, and answering any and all questions I had.He was not pushy, very responsive, and I never felt like he was trying to "get me". Sure the numbers started higher than I wanted, but that's normal, the dealer always wants to get what's best for them, but we came to an agreement, and we drove off with the first EV9 in Florida that evening.If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Customer service was great. The expected completion time given was longer than quoted. However, I was offered a ride home and pick up when the vehicle was completed. I declined because I thought my vehicle would be completed in the quoted time.
