Experience went very very well!!!! I only thought the repair prices were way too high for the maintenance repairs that were needed to be done and May affect my decision to return to Courtesy Kia. And a minor thing, as I was very grateful that my Kia got a bath, but the wheels still had tons of dirt and brake dust all over them and were oily dirt all over them.The agent that helped me was amazing! And I was also very grateful for the free shuttle service.Overall was a great experience. I just hope you can bring your prices down for repairs !!

I knew I was going to get a Kia SUV. The sales associate was very helpful and patient with me as I spent hours throughly looking over the models and test driving. I came in expecting to get a Sportage, but went with the Sorento after test driving. I did not like the steering wheel on the Sportage.
