Angie, my service representative, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. She even took my key off my keyring for me! Before I could leave my car for maintenance I still had a bag I needed to grab out of my car, Angie swiftly pulled my car up into the service area for me to grab it and got all the necessary information she needed as well. Angie is very communicative, after previous experiences at a different dealership, she is so appreciated. An axel of my vehicle ended up needed replaced. The part was going to be shipped in, and arrived only 3 days after Courtesy Kia ordered it. Because it was shipped in, I had to drop my car off a second time which was this morning. I was running late, but Angie still smoothly got my car checked in and ordered me a Lyft all the way back to my apartment. Definitely love this dealership.
