It was a little complicated because my husband takes care of everything car related and he couldn’t answer his phone that day. After everything was said and done, Andres AmayaI gave me a box for my new ride, not knowing what was until I got home. That's when I looked over the agreement and noticed a charge of $1,024.00 for Resistall nG2 Protection Package Registration# 2694911. (Now That was sneaky ). Being a Disabled Vet with back, hip and knee problems prevents me of washing my vehicle (a lot of bending going on there). Therefore, I request the $1.024.00 registration fee be removed, cancelled, and adjust the monthly payment accordingly. Other than that, I love my new ride.

Brad Clement is simply the best comer service representative I have every experienced in all my years of having my cars serviced, and I’m 74 years old. Brad was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful beyond what I expected, and my standards are very high when it comes to servicing my vehicles. Brad should lead classes on how to create better customer service. What a great customer representative. Brandon KIA is fortunate to have him taking care of your customers. If I ‘m evaluating my experience, on a scale of 1-5 Brad earned a 5+++. When booking service in the future I will be requesting Brad. He is a true professional.
