Overall experience was good. When reviewed recommendations, saw there was a fuel/gas leak issued from Kia. Due to safety reason the car was kept for a few days. When asked what the fuel leak was, took almost 4-5s to get an update, then was informed about no pick up for car.Loaner should absolutely be provided for this. I don't care if there is a wait list. Open a Enterprise reservation for the customers if you force them out of their car.Thankfully I work from home, so being down one didn't destroy our week. If it happens again, I will pursue all options for compensation.
