Great! Easy experience! Got a letter that there was a recall on my vehicle. Called in to schedule service and had to wait a couple days for the part to come in, but wasnt more than a week or so. As soon as it came in got a call back asking to schedule my service. Was given a lyft home when I dropped my car and a few hours later I got a call back that my car was ready and was provided a lyft to get back to the dealership. When I got there everything was ready and they even gave my car a wash :) service was great and friendly as always. This is the only location I go to because I know I’ll get what I need.

The service department is always a pleasure to work with. The one thing I feel that needs improvement is their intake. People tend to pile up at the door waiting for a service rep as if they are standing at the deli. I think this process needs to be better organized.
