John Hyde was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy and didn't nag me with the 20-question routine younger salesmen are trained to do. He saw that I had done my research and we only discussed the out-the-door price. He also helped me negotiate not paying unnecessary fees. Working with the finance manager was also pleasant. He showed a menu of available add-ons, but wasn't pushy about it, even when we declined all but one of them. After the purchase, John took the time to walk my wife through most of the features of our new Telluride, including helping her set up the app on her phone that provides keyless entry and starts the engine remotely among other features. I had done a lot of research beforehand and was ready to walk out at the first sign of pushiness which never came. I have bought many cars in my 70 years and this was by far the best car-buying experience of my life.
