I arrived to have my car serviced, I spoke to Erich and discussed what needed to be done. He told me a time the service should be done and took my cell number. I received a text saying my vehicle was ready around the time he mentioned earlier. Eric went over charges, I paid, and Erich had my car brought to the front of service department. I left dealership with a well and timely serviced vehicle!

Ashley was awesome. I had a set service appointment with a commitment the car would be ready in 3 hours. Because I live in St. Petersburg I brought work with me and waited in the service lounge. The car was ready in 2 hours. Under promise and over deliver is the old school way to do business.
