I got my car serviced and sat waiting for it

I originally came to look at the vehicle with Tony. I was a bit disappointed with Tony because he provided me incorrect information regarding the vehicle and commented that a person purchasing a vehicle of this price should know the details. I came close to not buying but then I called back and spoke with Frank! Frank was phenomenal. He was kind, knowledgeable, and fully invested in helping with the purchase. Frank turned things around and is the reason I ultimately purchased the car. I can't say enough good things about him.

I waited while car was being serviced. Was told a time it should be finished. I checked in with serv tech because it was a half hour after aprrox time told. Another serv tech took over, apologized for not being notified. Tech gave me a discount on service, which did make up for the delay. All is forgiven.
