Erich was amazing- he answered all my questions, helped me get a ride to where I needed to be and checked me out when we were done. This is my first time getting an oil change at a dealership, and I was worried with the wait time but Erich made it easy and painless.

Had to get a mirror and a trunk button that failed replaced. Took longer that expected as the mirror had a damaged wire harness but all was covered under the warranty.
