We were happy the color Sportage we wanted was there in Brandon. We were not happy with the initial offer for our trade in of a car in excellent condition and low miles. They certainly tried to low ball it and we had to go back and forth at least 4 times until they came to the price they knew we deserved. We were about to leave and go to another Kia dealership. Even though they finally agreed to a price we could say yes to, it NEVER needed to have that much haggling. This part was disappointing, back and forth with 2 different managers. We also got a call from the finance department one week later saying we owed $3000.00 more. I proved to him our Visa was charged 3K one week earlier. I was correct, but he wanted me to drive there when he called. Why didn’t he check his records completely before making that upsetting call and then realized he was wrong!

Good experience but they didn't wash car or vacuum. U need to improve in this aspect. I've been complaining for five years.
