This is my second new car from Brandon Kia. I didn’t feel pushed into making a decision. The entire team was awesome, and they have earned my business for life.

Went for an oil change, I was in and out. Very quick and efficient service.

*Ashley is phenomenal!!!!* I explained to her how I have been talked to as not only a female but a single mom who can't always get her car tended to. Usually I have men who talk down on me and make me feel like an idiot. Ashley explained the step by step process and when it was time to go over what was found during the diagnostic test, she broke it down, explained in detail the severity of each issue and explained cost and what was covered under my warranty. If I could give her a rating alone it would be 100 stars out of 10 (she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of) but overall it was a good experience. I drove an hour just to come to this location.

I am unable to make appointments due to my husbands medical appointments. They are mostly all week long. I took a chance at dropping my Sportage off for service and a brake recall. I had arranged for a rental vehicle with Enterprise located around the corner, so my Sportage was available for the rest of the day and overnight with completion the next morning. My Service Rep-Brad-was awesome. He took care of everything. Thank you Brad.

I don’t have complaints about coming here. Jenny has always been good to me and takes good care of me. Love coming to this place because people seem helpful. I do wish the oil changes were a little on the faster end but that doesn’t change how great this place is.
