My experience was perfect as usual. I was told I needed a new engine for my newer vehicle. As stressful as this situation could be Bradley went above and beyond to ensure I got a loaner car swiftly. This was important to our household since we only have one vehicle. The service department did their magic and had a new engine installed in less than a week. Going into Brandon Kia reminds me of the show Cheers where everyone knows my name! Everyone in the shop knows I have a great relationship with Bradley and I have come to have a relationship with the rest of the team. 5 star service!!!

Someone checked me in upon arrival, my husband talked with Brad & Brad checked everything we needed & took our key. An hour & 1 minute later, I received a message the service was completed. We had appointments all day, so we returned to pick up the car after 5pm. Everyone was courteous. I even commented how the name of the company, Courtesy Kia, was indeed true to form!
