I have had great experiences at Coursty Kia Dealing with the Service Department. Erich and Tori have been outstanding service advisors. The issues with my vehicle though are why I do give a 5-star rating. However, the service department is outstanding. While my vehicle was in for service, I was provided a loaner vehicle, until my car was finished with its repairs. Tori kept me up-to-date and well-informed. Under the circumstances of what I had to bring my vehicle in for, the KIA service department gave me outstanding customer service. Thanks, Tori and Erich.
