Excellent customer service - and I really appreciate the Uber ride to get a rental vehicle. My only complaint would be that on 2 occasions there seemed to be a miscommunication in my vehicle being “ready” for pickup. To me that means the service/fix was complete, but to Courtesy it evidently can mean parts are on order and that I can pick up my vehicle without the service/fix being complete. Maybe I need to verify better, but it was definitely at least confusing.
