I would prefer updates over the air- 4+ hours for updates is too long.

The service was typical. The issue is, the service advisor, while I know it's part of the job, implied or questioned the oil that was used during regular oil changes, as if the engine oil burning issues were not known issues by Kia. It made me feel like, if a customer doesn't know enough about their car's issue, the advisor is set up to push off blame.

I was in and out on time. It's always a pleasure being at KIA when I get my Telluride serviced.

Appointment with Ashley for software upgrade began on time. I do not know why the upgrade took more than 2 hours! An ordered part was replaced and the EV6 was was washed and cleaned prior to delivery.
