Excellent service

I scheduled a service appointment less than 24 hours advance notice. My job is about 15 minutes away. I arrived at Courtesy Kia at 8:15 and was greeted by Brandon at the service counter. He asked me a few questions to pull up my account information. He also checked to see if I had any outstanding recalls on my vehicle. I let him know that I was scheduled for a 12:30 appointment. I arrived early to drop off my vehicle and requested a ride to my job. He had me out in no time. When the service was complete he called to notify me. I asked Brandon if it was possible for me to pay my invoice online. He sent me a link and he let me know the invoice was paid. Due to the nature of my wasn’t sure if I could get there before the service department closed. Brandon, sent me a link to request a Lyft whenever I was ready to pick up my car. He left my paperwork and keys with the front desk receptionist. I could not be more pleased with Brandon’s friendly demeanor and his willingness to always go the extra mile to satisfy my needs as a customer. Thanks Brandon!
