Tori Krupiak is a great Service Advisor she is very polite and makes you feel comfortable like your family she follows up with her Technician to make sure everything is done right and checks out before she notifies you that you automobile is ready. I always ask for Rich for my Technician he checks everything and is very precise in his work i have watched him and he really enjoys what he does Rich has found the problems in my Truck and my wife car and fixed the problem.I have had my Truck and wife car in other Dealerships multiple times they charged me but never fixed the problem. I will always go to Tori and Rich thank you for the great service.
