The driver's seat cushion on the driver's door side where the seat belt comes out was tearing under the cushion. This appears to me to be a design flaw. There is very little seat cushion material in that area. The normal stress on the area by a normal size adult male will cause the material to pull and fray.I also purchased a 2024 Carnival. The Carnival also has seat defects.

I am normally pleased with the service. I brought my vehicle in because of a slow leak on the front passenger-side tire. I also did an oil change, tire rotation, and a few other services while I was there.I had to bring the vehicle back within 24 hours because the tire was still leaking air.The same tire, now in the rear passenger position due to the tire rotation, was still leaking air.The service clerk said it could be "another nail". I feel like either it was not repaired at all on the first trip, or it was not repaired correctly. It just seems highly unlikely that the same tire, now in a different position would have "another nail" in it.Also, at what point is the tire actually replaced? I have the wheel/tire warranty. This is at least the 3rd if not the 4th time I have had the tires patched. I have lost track of which tires have the patches due to rotation but it seems if the same tire needs two patches, it may be time to replace the entire tire.I now live almost 1 hour from this location but I prefer to keep bringing my vehicle to this location since I have always received great service. I was extremely irritated that I had to come back in 24 hours for the same problem. Not only does it cost me time but I had to pay for a ride since I could not wait for the vehicle. I felt my vehicle did not receive the proper attention due to the dealership being very busy on the day I was there for service.
