Oil change & routine maintenance - great service!

Received from Kia a notice concerning possible faulty ICCU component and I was advised to take my Kia EV6 to a dealership for service to follow up. I made an appointment at Courtesy Kia of Brandon where I had purchased my vehicle. The appointment was set up on a day convenient for me as I live 45 miles from the dealership. I arrived on time and I was promptly greeted by a service advisor who recorded information for my vehicle to be serviced. The wait time for the service was about 2 1/2 hours and when finished, I was told that the two software upgrades were completed pursuant to the Kia service campaigns. My stay at the dealership was pleasant as I was was able spend the time at a small table where I could relax, read, and use my iphone.

Great staff, took care of us and made the whole process painless. Worked with my budget and explained everything very well. Michael was super helpful and patient as I asked questions and showing us the cars.

Both Eldon (sales) and Tyler (loan service) were excellent! It took significantly less time and effort to showcase the car and test drive to include finalizing all the paperwork. These factors are important when buying because it’s what makes or breaks the experience. Arrived Kia dealer around 1030 and left at 1200 with car. Thanks to both of them for their proficiency and professionalism from start to finish!
