MAJOR KUDOS to Service Advisor Bradley Clement. He helped me today with getting my car oil change for my 2021 Kia Rio. I go to Courtesy Kia of Brandon regularly and have had a great experience with him. I really appreciate his kind and easy going attitude.He is very personable, speedy and efficient. I just wanted to share how pleased I am and thought he deserves some sort of special recognition. Maybe even a BONUS!This dealership overall is amazing. I was seen right away, decide to wait the estimated few hours it will take for the inspection/repairs. The representative assigned to me was courteous and kept me informed. They sent me the work estimate via text which I appreciate.The waiting room was comfortable, there was free ice cream and coffee, and the TV was set to a funny channels. My car was washed too! All in all it was great!
