Timely, and great customer service

As always, i had the best experience when bringing my Kia in for service. Erich is always upfront and honest. When I wasn't sure if I needed certain repairs right away, I reached out to him and he was quick to answer all my questions. He truly is the reason I keep coming back for service because of the honestly and excellent service he always provides.

The lease on a previous Kia was coming to an end. The Sales Manager this time around was Mr. Armando Andrade, who walked us through the entire process, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we had without being overbearing or pushy. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He made us feel at home. He would call us on the phone to keep us updated. His ready smile and occasional jokes were well received by my wife and I. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Service completed timely, added recall repair that didn't take much extra time. Was kept updated of the status.

Ashley was very sweet and understanding. She was quick to answer questions and clear up any concerns I had.
