I went for a multi point inspection. I purchased the vehicle in November. I was shocked to find out I needed a couple of things done to the vehicle. In my opinion these should have been taken care of before putting on the sales floor to sell. I had a great experience when I bought the car but left after my service appointment like I had been taken advantage of because I am a female. Definitely discouraged me.

The car was serviced is a timely manner, but I can't get my advisor or service manager to call me back regarding a possible warranty issue that needs to be serviced.

Great experience! Darryl was fabulous! He explained everything to us regarding our new Kia Telluride. The financial experience was good too. Andres had all of the paperwork completed when we brought the check back and it was a smooth, quick process. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The ice cream in the waiting room is a very nice touch!

Overall a great visit.

This was probably the best car buying experience I've had yet. Everyone was super kind, very low key, no pressure, just wanted to help me get into the right car for the right price. This is the second car I've bought from this dealership. John Hyde was the best sales rep ever!
