My service agent was very professional took me through the work that was going to be done. My only issue is that he had started to talk about some services before the car had even been inspected. Like getting new tires. That felt kind of like an upsell, which I understand from a sales perspective, but kind of resent as a consumer of service for my vehicle. I kind of resent being treated as someone for whom a company wants to squeeze every dollar from. But if it is what is ACTUALLY needed for the vehicle, then okay. Just be honest.
