We arrived at Courtesy KIA and were greeted by Ben Walker whom I spoke to on the phone. We went to Courtesy KIA to look at a KIA Soul as a daily driver. Ben had the Soul ready for us to test drive and off we went. The drive went well but we saw a Kia Niro PHEV (in the show room) which my wife liked a lot. We checked out the Niro SX Touring and Ben moved it out of the showroom for a test drive. The test drive went well and we made an offer on the Niro. In the end we feel we got a good deal for the Niro PHEV SX Touring. Ben had the Niro cleaned up (but it looked great as it was in the showroom) and we went to Finance to purchase the Niro. The Finance process went quickly and we were the owners of a KIA Niro PHEV. The Finance person (sorry I forgot his name) did a great job reviewing the different KIA products you could add to protect the KIA investment. Ben gave us a tour of the facility including the Service department which was closed as it was Sunday. Ben gave me Ashley Craigs card and let me know to give her a call when my 5,000 mile service came up. I did give Ashley a call to get the application information about the Niro. Ashley was very personable and informative. We have had the Niro for less than a week and have a few hundred miles on it. The Niro PHEV really fit out needs as our daily driver. The Niro PHEV looks great, drives great and gets outstanding milage. Thank you Courtesy KIA, Ben Walker,Ashley Craig and Finance manager.

The waiting experience was good .my service was completed at the end of the work day . The tires were rotated as requested but the air was not checked in tires as when got home I validated all my settings and the front tires were 29. & 39 respectively and back were 36, 37. My tire pressure should have been 42 and the low air pressure should have been recognized at that time! I assume this was not done due to the lateness in day! I service associate was the bomb, polite , professional and personable .

The representative was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He explains all the things that needed repair or replaced. Of course as always my car is always clean when I get it back. I love the complimentary car wash they always performed. I couldn't get this kind of free service on my GMC truck.
