We were thankful that Kia was able to get us in quicker than expected. Our newer 2020 Kia vehicle had an alternator go out. It seemed they were either overbooked or short staffed, but it took more than 24 hours to have the car diagnosed and communications stopped. After speaking with the manager communications resumed and the diagnostic was completed. Even though the part was not in stock, we were able to get our car back in less than a week. Thankful for the promptness of management and the care the managers provided.
