After contacting all the local KIA dealers we were about to give up on purchasing a new K5. Robert McCreery at Courtesy KIA saved the day. They are 2 hrs away from us but well worth the time and mileage. All of our local dealer are charging an exorbitant dealer markup calling it an Advantage pkg and it ranged from $3,995 to $9,000. This is on top of MSRP and the standard Florida dealer fee of $799-$899! This needs to be addressed by KIA corporate. While the market does favor the seller right now, that will not always be the case, and this type of price gouging should not be allowed and will surely come back to bite them when the market shifts back to the buyer. In addition, all of our local KIA dealers would not provide a written out the door price. They all insisted we come in to discuss. Not sure about others, but I don't have time for that. Courtesy KIA was the last on our list that we contacted through the Auto Trader website ad for the K5. Within a short time, I had an email from Robert McCreery with an out the door price. While Courtesy did include a $1,399 fee in addition to the $799 dealer fee, they actually included tinted windows and all weather floor mats in addition to the factory mats. Something of value for this fee and it was more reasonable at only a fraction of what other dealers are charging. We put a deposit down and drove to Tampa the next day. We arrived around 1 pm and the car was cleaned, windows tinted, and it was ready to go. The paper work had already been completed so we signed everything and Robert did a thorough final delivery of the vehicle going over all the functions and features. Very professional and honest. These guys are playing the long game when it comes to the current market pricing and this will result in many repeat customers. I would recommend Robert McCreery and Courtesy KIA for anyone I know who is looking to purchase a KIA.

Ben Walker was great. He excels at customer service. The only issue we had is that we waited a couple of hours just to talk with the finance guy. This was a waste of our time as we were paying completely for the vehicle and we had nothing to finance.I would definitely buy another vehicle from Ben.

Everyone was very courteous. Because I didn't have a cell phone, I didn't get notified there was work needed to done on my car. I gave them my home phone number and no one told me I needed to have a cell phone to receive a text. I don't have a cell phone. Poor communication.
