I was checked in promptly. I informed Drew that I would wait for my repairs to be completed. I was told that my service call would take approximately 1.5 hrs to complete and I had my car back within 10 minutes of that estimate. Nice work.

Brandon was an absolute joy to deal with. He fully explained everything to me. His professionalism and respect is unmatched. His use of empathy toward my feelings regarding the ongoing problems with my engine oil issue meant a great deal. To be validated, rather than be treated as though I am clueless about my vehicle (as other service team members from another dealership have done in the past) , meant more than I could put into words. The vehicle was brought in for battery service, inspection, and oil change. When I got home it was evident the oil change was not done. Your advisor was most helpful. She scheduled the work around my schedule and expedided the work.
