I was very pleased with my service. Someone immediately talked to me upon my entering the service department. The gentleman was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The routine maintenance and a recall issue were handled in a timely manner and he also addressed a question I had and took care of the situation. On a whim we pulled into the lot near closing time. Ben Walker met us, sat down with us, and we made an appointment for the next dat. It was a simple experience, including a test drive and explanation of features and options. Then we narrowed down the right vehicle based on inventory.
