Nick is the service manager and I have been dealing with him since January of 2020 when I first bought my KIA Telluride and he is by far the most efficient, service manager there is. I've had 2 recalls and he has set me up for both of those with my valet service and also a number of regular service appointments. He makes suggestions based on technical advice from the service dept but does not push any of it. He gives me what we could do and let's me decide. I give him 5 deserving stars.

I took my Sportage for an oil change and advised that there were several updates for my vehicle as well as one recall. The service advisor explained each one of them to me. I was given a time as to how long the services will take and was extremely surprised when my Sportage was ready within 5 minutes of that time.

I had a 9:4 0 a.m. appointment and was there a few minutes early. I was greeted by the service manager almost immediately. A work order was generated that included an oil and filter change, air conditioning/ cabin filter change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection for my 30000 mi birthday. The service consultant showed me some other services that I might be interested in and I opted in for the throttle body intake cleaning at a price of $200. I declined the alignment as there was no visible signs of needing one and the tires had 30,000 mi on them. Figured it was best to just wait till I need new tires and then spend the money on the alignment. The estimate on the time it would take to complete the work was two and a half hours. I received my car back after 5 hours while waiting at the dealership. When I inspected the car after receiving it I noticed the tires had not been rotated. And in my opinion the brakes could not have been inspected. I got no information regarding the tread, depth or brake wear. There was no written information on the multi-point inspection and what was found or not found. The service consultant adjusted the bill to remove the price of the tire rotation. I feel unsatisfied because I don't have information on the brake wear, tire wear, and feedback on the rest of the systems. I drive 85 mi to have my car serviced there because I'm unsatisfied with the Kia dealership nearest to me. I will give them another chance. The staff is polite and the dealership is comfortable. I feel like they run a professional shop. Everyone makes mistakes

Brought my 2022 KIA Soul in for annual maintenance, I was greeted promptly and went over what would done on my vehicle. After approval of what would be done, I was asked whether I would be waiting or did I need a ride somewhere. I said I would be waiting and was told about 3 hours for work to be completed. Vehicle was actually done quicker which was great.
