Been dealing with Courtesy Kia of Brandon since I bought my 2017 Sportage. I have never had a less than excellent service and experience here. I have dealt with a couple of different service reps over the years but the last couple of years my primary rep was Jason S. He is courteous and very pleasant to deal with. So this was my first experience with Courtesy Kia and to be honest, I didn’t exactly know what to expect. After living on the east coast for 4 years and having great customer service I was a little nervous. However, Tori listened to the issues I was having with my 2018 Sportage. She took care of them and went above and beyond to ensure I wasn’t just “satisfied” but Happy with the care I received at Courtesy. I’m glad my Kia has a place to go to when it’s not feeling great and needing attention.

Nick was an awesome service advisor. Very friendly and helpful. I will be asking for nick from now on.
