I purchased the 22 Sportage last year late summer and it was the only model on the lot, it was ok but I was needing a new car so was able to get a deal done. We drive a lot and needed a reliable car but was limited on price When it was time for service I decided I didn’t want to do it myself plus my first oil change was free and with the warranty I purchased, I figured I needed to bring it to Kia so I have a paper trail if problems come up First service I came in on Ms Tori greeted me and informed me of my options and inclusions for my vehicle. I continue to bring my car there and I specifically look for Ms Tori because of familiarity and her great attitude I intend to continue to do that moving forward as long as I can Thanks

I had the pleasure of working with Tyler and Joseph. On the purchase of my 2023 telluride. They were extremely helpful and professional, all while making the whole experience a breeze. They answered every question I had in detail to make sure it was understood. From start to finish of the deal, they were amazing!! Joseph had amazing customer service while I was test driving the car while explaining the safety features and setting up the Kia access app on my phone and getting it all hooked up into my phone. 100/10 on my experience at Courtesy Kia !!! Every time I go I always have a great experience. I always have a great conversation with Nicholas and other Kia employees. They always update me on my vehicle and explain what needs to be done and why. I always get my car back cleaner than what it usually goes in like. Best service and will not trade it for any onther vihical or kia department.
