Somewhat disappointed, I scheduled an oil change for 10:20 AM and was told when I t was scheduled it should take about minutes. 90 minutes is what I was told is the average wait time. The order shows opened at 10:15 AM Ready time at 13:03 AM and a 18:00 promised time.Thanks for the courtesy ride home supplied ny Lift. First time we've ever used one of those services.Once and Done and Never again.Please go back to the Courtesy Van Service.
