We always get our car service appointment in a timely manner. Kia provides a friendly environment with coffee and snacks while we wait for our car

I would like to thank all the men who helped me acquire my new KIA Seltos. I bought my car literally right off the transport. As you know, during this time period, cars (both used and new) were extremely limited. After I test drove the Seltos, everyone worked hard to prepare it for delivery -- this included removing all the protective wrapping, and plastic wheel covers, overall check of all parts of the Kia, and finally the cleaning and making it ready for me to drive it home. My salesman then gave me a short demonstration of the main features of the vehicle and even set up the connection of my phone to the Kia (absolutely loved him for that!) I've never owned a Kia before, but would not hesitate to recommend this car and dealership. Currently reading the two big manuals on the operation of my new car.

Great experience, however they told me they would schedule with me to get the front bumper cli fixed and I have had the car 2 weeks and no one has contacted me about this. I also wanted to schedule an oil change becuase I do not know when It was changed last.

Me and my wife said that Frank did a excellent job. He take pride in his work. He helped us find the perfect car. Took us for a text drive to get familiar with the car first. A when we bought the car. Frank took the time to show us all the features in the car. That was new to us. He really takes pride in is job. I am very proud of is customer service.
