I had a wonderful, no pressure experience while trading in my 2021 Ford Bronco for my 2022 Kia Stinger. It all started with a phone call to Nicco who was awesome from the start. He was very courteous, professional and prompt to get me the information I needed and that continued through my visit to the dealership and throughout the final sale and paperwork. Finance was a great experience as well as I was in and out of the finance office quickly and efficiently. I also spoke to other Sales Managers as well who were very courteous, honest and professional with no pressure sales. The General Manager, Brandon is luckily a friend of the family, and he actually came out and spoke to me to finalize the deal. Brandon has sold me a couple vehicles and is amazing at what he does and even more so with how he treats customers. He is super nice, honest and professional. It was honestly a great experience with the team overall at Courtesy Kia of Brandon and I would highly recommend friends and family to go there to purchase a vehicle so they can see the experience first hand. I loved my 2021 Ford Bronco and it was tough for me to trade it in, but in the end I don't know if it was more the vehicle I purchased or the staff and customer service that I received that led to my decision to agree on the deal. You are treated right when you do business with them and that was a big reason for my decision to shake on the deal!
