Nick, per usual, did an excellent job going to bat with the warranty company. Some things they declined on previous visits were now being covered. Nick's doggedness paid off and saved me lots of money. He kept me informed each step of the way.

The process was smooth and easy. Robert and I completed the vast majority of the work online so my visit to the dealership was essentially just to bring in my trade and sign the paperwork. I really enjoyed being able to complete the deal like that and highly recommend both the online process and Robert!
