Recently I was at Courtesy Kia for Service. From the Time I arrived to the time I spoke to a Consultant it was within minutes. The Consultant went over everything in detail. Very impressed with the service I received.

I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my appointment. I was quickly met in the drive-through area by a young lady who checked the schedule and told me which service writer was assigned to me. I went inside and my service writer was on the phone, so another one quickly asked to help me. I was checked in quickly and went to the waiting room. A nice young lady came by perioldically checking to see if we wanted an update, and she wouild come back in with the info. When I arrived I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. My car was ready at 1 1/2 hours. Everyone was very nice and easy to deal with. I was there for my first vehicle service since purchasing the Sportage there last Oct. '21. Car was returned to me clean and ready to go.
