The technician was very helpful and courteous. Great customer service. Greatly appreciate the complimentary car wash and vacuum. When we bought the Pacifica, we went to the Chrysler dealership one time. Their customer service was not as good and they don’t offer to wash or vacuum the vehicle. So thank you!!
