Service is always great when ever I take my car in .y advisor this time was Tori who was veo hands on with me she was awesome I also won tickets to the bus playoffs game this time through a raffle great birthday gift to me.

The waiting is clean, coffee & snacks offered, service rep kept us informed.

We did agree on true deals before arriving to the dealership. Good experience overall

I had a great experience with the Service Writer, I'm very upset and frustrated that the tecnician who serviced my vehicle recommended that I replace my air filter and my cabin filter. I know for a fact that they wern't even looked at, and how do I know this, because I just changed them the day before. I use to do service myself and I would never recommend anything unless I looked first.

From making an appointment online (which I prefer) to the reminders sent, to the day of my service appointment, everything was worry-free and easy. My advisor, Jason S. He was so nice and treated me like I was his only customer. The service was complete and fast and I would highly recommend Courtesy Kia of Brandon to anyone looking for a top-notch Kia service experience.

Attentive service
