I will truly refer everyone to Kia! I purchased my can from Stadium Toyota, and the engine went out 3 months later. They proceeded to tell me that I purchased an As Is vehicle and I could take my chances with the manufacture. Well Kia took care of me! David in the service department made my experience amazing given the circumstances. I was treated with care and respect!

Buying the car was easy and friendly. The after the fact is terrible. I have had several questions. I called several times to get help and no one returned my call. I finally spoke to my uninformed sales men who during the sales process was attentive but unknowable of any question I asked.After the first night of buying the vehicle I miss placed my fobe. I spoke to my sales person who said he would get back with me. No call back. Nothing. Mean while I am in a panic because the product sold to me was unavailable because I can’t retrieve the fobe. I call your sales and service team and explain my situation and no one can help or have the common decency to call me backI had to pay 90$ to have the vehicle opened for me.The following day I called the financing manager and leave several messages in which no return call. I wanted a few things explained to me. No return call. I am upset with your after the fact sales and service.As of right now I still have multiple questions in which I am in the dark.There’s a social media out there in which I am extremely knowledgeable of. My experience will be expressed.If you sell a product you should at least be informed of its extensive bells and whistles. I look forward to a call from the general manager and perhaps give my opinion on his or hers operations poor post sales procedures
