Things that made me glad I came to THIS kia dealership after being at 2 other locations in the area: Being greeted pleasantly right away as I pulled up for my service appointment. Jenny, she is quick, efficient, kind and easy to communicate with as she answered all of my questions promptly and gave me clear understanding of what I could expect and what accommodations I could take advantage of during my wait and then escorted me personally to the wait area. The site is surprisingly clean and organized and has a overall bright and pleasant atmosphere to be a car service place. The most delightful part was having my car returned washed and vacuumed! It really is the little things done to brighten someones day that makes me want to recommend a place - because we all can use a bit more kindness and actions that show us we matter to someone.

The service members were great, from the start to the finish, even those not directly involved with me and my car proved to be extremely helpful.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment for my vehicle. My service rep Jason & Erich went pleasant and professional. Both were very helpful in answering any questions I had. Thank you for yet another great experience. And a shout out to the greeter when I drove into servicing. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. He was very pleasant and cheerful - thanks for the wonderful start to my day!
