First place I have received service that gives you a cheat sheet to answer a survey, what happened to honest feedback without being coached? Makes me wonder how Brandon Kia is #1 in customer service, same thing when we purchased our new Kia’s but who would turn down two tanks of gas based on your feedback?

Did not have to wait whenI arrived. Service agent was friendly and efficient. Car was taken in right away, additional recommended service was brought to my attention but I declined it. Service was performed on time and the car was cleaner than when I brought it in. Checkout was speedy and the agent brought the car to me.
